Meditation is very important to find balance and maintain it. It is a stress reliever and helps to release all of the negativity around you. It also helps to calm your anxiety down. As your anxiety dulls down, you will begin to receive clarity on your life and troubles. Thirty to forty minutes per day, you will notice a positive change in your mood and perception because of all the negative feelings will wash away. Meditation is like a soul cleansing.
